Which methods of payment do you accept online?

The site accepts PayPal, Apple Pay and credit card payments.

How do I know when my order has been received?

An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

My current turnaround time is three to four weeks if you live in the UK and up to six weeks for international orders. If you need your order for a certain date, please be sure to email me on opakeoner@gmail.com and I will try my best to accommodate this.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or via courier for international orders.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

If you are not there to receive your delivery, you will be left a card by the courier saying the package can be picked up at your nearest Post Depot.

Do you deliver to post office boxes addresses?

No unfortunately I do not.

Do you deliver to other countries besides the UK?

Yes, I offer free delivery worldwide. 

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

You reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched you will need to return the item as stated on the returns page.
